The only way to change is to embrace truth, and if you are able to do so it might help with your recovery. Sit in a safe place with all your guilt and shame. Be brave, allow it to breathe. Don’t try to smother it with drugs; it only comes back, stronger and more fuelled every time. If you have courage enough for that, you will become a better human being, finally able to make amends and move forward.
Hi Jane a thoughtful piece of advice— how are you,😊🌏🤗

Hi Raili. I seem to have been absent for some while – in more ways than one. Things have been tough lately, but my three daughters are all fine. I have a lot to be grateful for… maybe WP will lead me out of this wilderness xx

Geez, it’s still there as far as I know. I was only on it the other day doing a bit of housekeeping. I’ll have to go check now !

Yep, still there. https://soulgifts.com.au/
Although I am currently in negotiations with domain name central about a niggly minor detail. Apparently the.au requires an active ABN and I don’t have one. So have to sort that out.
